Jules Templeton, FRYOG
Chavutti Thirumal (massage done with the foot)
Jules is a keen surfer from Braunton. She is one of the very few Chavutti Thirumal practitioners in the country, offering a unique experience of full body oil massage applied with the foot. She also offers Reiki, Ayurvedic Face Massage and Seated Acupressure Massage as well as running Yoga classes in and around Braunton.

Having trained as a physicist, Jeanie was somewhat of a nomad for many years trying various jobs and traveling the world. In the 1980's she embarked on a new career in massage and bodywork. she has taken numerous trainings and incorporates a range of skills and techniques in her treatments. Jeanie is a keen gardener and her natural healing abilities enrich her practice.

Audrey Smith, BA Phil CYT CET
Embodyment ™ practitioner, Svaroopa™ yoga teacher, Theta™ healer
Audrey discovered Svaroopa, a unique style of Yoga from America, after a seriious back injury abruptly curtailed a passionate career in surfing. Her spine finally began to heal through this type of Yoga. Her love is to share what she considers the magic of 'opening' one's spine. With over 15 years of experience, Audrey is one of the few Svaroopa practitioners in the UK. She also offers a new cutting edge therapy called Theta, an elegant system using the theta brain wave and kinesiology for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual heal.

Hilary Loder, DBTh, HURHP, MAR
Reflexology and Herbalism
Hilary and her husband David met at Horticultural College. They are not only keen gardeners but also accomplished musicians, playing mostly for Morris Dancing and the Folk Orchestra of North Devon. She uses Bach flower Remedies in her integrated approach with Reflexology, Relaxation and Herbalism to restore a sense of well being. She grows and prepares many of the herbal remedies from her own garden.

Jenny Penson, MA, SRN, HV, Cert Ed
Hypnotherapy and Nurse Therapist
Over the last 30 years, Jenny has specialised in mind/body medicine, oncology, palliative care and bringing complementary therapies into orthodox practices. She was the first Macmillan Nurse in the UK. Until recently she was Head of Education in North Devon Hospice. She has worked with individuials and groups in a range of therapeutic settings. She loves people and ideas.

Charlotte Yonge, PhD, DipEL, Cert CJEA
Expressive Therapy and Health Research
Charlotte was brought up in East Africa and is a qualified teacher, play trainer and coach. Since gained a PhD in children's language and learning in 1998, she has developed individual expressive therapy and coaching for children and adults, integrating expressive arts, relaxation and creative journal. She teaches circle dancing and drumming with cancer patients and loves walking and research.

Simon King, BA, Phil, MBAcC, MRCHM
Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
Simon gained a first class degree in iphilosophy before studying Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in the mid 1980's. He set up a clinic in Exeter where he still works with his wife. He learnt to read medical Chinese at an early stage and having access to Chinese books and journals has been an important influence on his work. As well as greatly enjoying practising he also teaches Herbal Medicine.

John Spurr, BA (Hons) VTCT, IIST, FHT, MICHT
After qualifying with a degree in philosophy, John trained in Swedish Massage and Sports Massage (using deeper pressure). While building up his practice, he helps run a local Community Centre providing activities for various groups. He loves surfing and experimenting with exotic cuisine.

Marilyn Minter-Newson DN Th (Dist), Dip ut (BANT), Cert Ed
Marilyn studied at the Plaskett College of Nutritional Medicine and qualified in 2000. She chose to study with Dr Plaskett because his courses focused on healing with food rather than supplements alone. She is a member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional therapy and works in clinics in Tiverton, South Molton, Barnstaple, High Bickington and Exeter Marilyn is also a Foresight Pre Conceptual Care Association Practitioner. Foresight has a 68% success record with infertile couples.
